Cancellation & Refund Policy on Deposits and/or Tuition
*Cancellations 61 days or MORE prior to Camp Start Date will receive a 100% Refund of Camp Deposit and/or Tuition.
*Cancellations between 31 – 60 days prior to Camp Start Date will receive a 50% Refund of Camp Deposit and/or Tuition OR 50% Credit towards a following summers Camp, good for one (1) year.
*Cancellations 30 days or less prior to Camp Start Date will receive a 25% Credit towards a following summers Camp, good for one (1) year.
* Medical related Cancellations will require documentation and be considered for Camp Deposit and/or Tuition transfer to the following summer.
