To Submit Camper Registration Form

  1. Click DOWNLOAD REGISTRATION FORM below and complete. Then click Save above the Form.
  2. Replace File name with: YOUR LAST NAME – 2027 OTC REG FORM, and then click Save.
  3. Return to website and click SUBMIT REGISTRATION FORM below, and complete.
  4. Click Choose File on SUBMIT REGISTRATION FORM, then Double Click on your Saved File, and then click SUBMIT.
  5. You’re Done! An email will arrive confirming your registration was submitted. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder.
